A beautiful condo on the ground floor in Las Palmas Resort, Building 20. Perfect for families, couples, seniors and those who enjoy a quiet view of the desert mountains.
The Space:
Enjoy our pleasant 3 bed/3 bath condo located in building 20 at the Las Palmas Resort. This condo has a very open floor plan. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room with the option to watch DVDs. Stream your favorite shows after a fun day in the sun. Our kitchen provides all major appliances accompanied with utensils and sits right next to the dining room with a family table as well as more seats on the bar of the kitchen for extra sitting. At a glance you will see the sliding door that leads out to the patio that has room the family to eat, play games, or admire the incredible view that the vast mountains of the Saint George Valley creates for us to enjoy.
The master suite has a comfortable KING size bed with a large bathroom attached, private entry to patio, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed with a private bathroom and bedroom 3 comes with 2 TWIN beds ( no bunks) and a bathroom across the hall. 6 sleep comfortably with the option to rent an air mattress or pack-n-play for the extras in the family.

This property worked great for our family whether it was relaxing at the pool or we're getting to some nearby hiking trails. Stays at this resort have always been a great experience.

The room we stayed in was amazing for the space and price. Definitely wasn't that clean, rugs were not vacuumed because there was popcorn on the floor, there was a kitchen knife sitting on the couch. The whole complex needs lots of TLC. Pickleball nets are torn ,broken concrete, at the hot tub, the clubhouse definitely needs some TLC. Good location.
