Clean. Only complaint - the house sleeps up to six, but only has plates for two to three. Not sure if this is an oversight or too many have been broken.

Our daughter was graduating from a local university, and we were looking for a place to stay with parking, outside of downtown. The house was comfortable and reasonably priced! The kitchen was well stocked and the master bed was comfortable.
