Very responsive when checking in to condo. Pool was a bit dirty but that’s no fault of the host!

Room was as described. Check in instructions from owner made process very easy. The Grand Lodge is a great location with nice pool, restaurant for breakfast and easy access to the free bus to town. We would definitely stay there again when in Crested Butte.

Wonderful experience, all the amenities were great and you can essentially walk out the door and be on the lift!

Room was primarily clean. There were a few small issues but the glaring issue was the couch bed. It was extended when we arrived. It would not retract back into a couch. With an already small space this was a nuisance. However, the bed was damaged and the end of it slanted towards the floor. Anyone that tried to sleep on it would slide down and almost off the bed through the night. Until the couch bed is repaired or replaced I would limit the number of guests to how many will fit on a king bed. Once that issue is fixed then it is a completely serviceable room.
