Welcome to The Blue House
This newly renovated beach house is the perfect fit for families, with all you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The Blue House contains 3 stylish bedrooms inside along with a newly converted shed offering an extra 2 bunks outside. The property is only 500m from the Apollo Bay beaches and a 10 minute stroll to the shops, cafes and restaurants. To top it all off, the property offers a large north facing outdoor deck with spectacular hill views and a spacious backyard, ideal for entertaining and unwinding on those long summer nights.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed, bedside tables, lamps
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed, bedside tables, lamps
Bedroom 3: 1 x Bunk bed (not suitable for adults)
Bedroom 4: Outdoor zone : fully insulated converted shed offering 2 x bunks (not suitable for adults) & heating
*Please note: entrance to the outdoor zone is via a short un-covered concrete path*
Open kitchen/dining/lounge: Electric cooking, dishwasher, dining table for 6 (2 extra chairs in bedrooms), 3-seater couch along with 2 armchairs, TV , wood fire, washing machine and dryer
Bathroom: Shower, vanity and toilet
Separate second toilet
Large outdoor deck with outdoor furniture set and to top it all off, beautiful views of the hills surrounding Apollo Bay

We had a great stay. The yard is perfect for kids and the converted garage was great for kids too

The house provided for all our needs and being within walking distance of the beach meant we didn’t need to use the car as often.

Small comfortable property close to beach and shops. Well equipped and helpful to have reliable Wi-Fi. Only suggestion is to have spare blankets rather than rely on keeping heaters on for chilly winter nights.
