We were very pleased with the check-in person, his name was Giacomo, he was excellent in communication, met us at the taxi drop off, helped us carry our bags all the way to the apartment and provided info about the key attractions. The location was the key, within a walking distance from all major attractions, we walked everywhere. The check-in and out process was very smooth. Overall, we were very happy with the stay!
