From the living area, you have access to the northeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with a garden table, chairs, and two lounge chairs.

A washer-dryer is available for your use free of charge in the laundry room.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.

This way, you can get ready for the next day’s long beach outing right away. If you’re avid cyclists, there’s a place to store your bikes in the underground parking garage, where one parking space per apartment is also available for your car.
Of course, you can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment’s floor.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center of Timmendorfer Strand, and the beach is just 50 meters away! The town’s shops, bars, and cafés are also within walking distance.
