OK - the location cannot be beat. It's a block from the Islands. There are two fantastic restaurants below...ok you might smell some garlic in the downstairs foyer. The place is one flight up some stairs easy enough. A previous comment said it was noisy - we heard no noise. The apartment faces an inner courtyard and it can get hot at night. There are two fans. Everything worked. The place was clean, the communication prompt. It was fantastic place and I will be trying to rebook this on my next trip to Paris.

The apartment was great. It's definitely an older place but clean, cozy and safe for 2 older ladies.Great location with easy access to cafes, boulangeries, shops, Notre Dame, and, the Marais.Very good communication with the owner with any wants or needs.Highly recommend. Great location. Excellent and easy communication with host. Unfortunately it was quite noisy throughout the night with people coming and going. Due to restaurants below cigarette smoke could be smelt in the apartment at times, however this is not the fault of the host. There are steps up to the first floor to be aware of if you have international suitcases.
