You can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the river, explore the historic French Market or hop on a streetcar to Canal Street to visit Harrah's Casino, Canal Place & Riverwalk Malls, Aquarium, & numerous dining options.

The Space:
A modern 2nd floor apartment with a wrap around balcony featuring an open concept Kitchen/Living Room design with a high ceiling & large windows, located on the corner of Decatur & Frenchmen Street. The 3bed/2ba condo offers a master suite with a Queen Bed & walk-in shower, two additional Queen Bedrooms overlooking Frenchmen street & a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. A Roku Smart TV is in each bedroom & the living room. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and dinnerware in case you prefer dining in. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bar & laundry room with a new front loading washer & dryer. Parking can be purchased within a fenced lot around the corner. Rates are about $20/day.
The building is three stories & composed of 5 rental units: 2 Studios, 2 one-bedrooms & a three-bedroom unit. A tattoo shop is on the first floor.

The apartment looks just like the pictures on the site. The location is in the heart of the French Quarters and was great for our partying purposes. The host answered all my questions/concerns in a timely manner and I would stay here again. No complaints on my end!

Beautiful accommodation located in the center of French quarter where you’re fortunate to sit on the balcony and have a birds eye view of the excitement and festivities that fill Frenchmen street! My family and I thought our stay was very comfortable and we have no complaints! :)

The apartment was well decorated and equipped. It is a lovely space in the heart of the Marigny. The slight drawback is the music played until about midnight. If you are sensitive to noise and need pin-drop silence, this is not the place for you. We however found it easy to drown out when we were ready to sleep. The rooms all have sound machines and honestly, they are great. I am picky - and I love this place! Thank you Trevor.
