This 2 story Villa consists of 2 Suites

The main floor = Suite 101
A comfortable, self-catering double bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.- overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Steps away from our large swimming pool.
There is a coffeemaker and a small bar fridge.
The bedroom has either a king bed or 2 long twin beds.

Second Floor = Suite 103
A wide spiral staircase leads to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the covered terrace – affording fabulous views of the ocean, Flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside!
Large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, Pacific Ocean, and lush surroundings. There is also an extra ½ bath for guests.
Adjacent to the dining area is a large, fully equipped, kitchen with a walk-out to a rear terrace and staircase leading to one of our two 42-foot pools, sunning terraces, and tropical gardens.
The master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed, a walk-out to the covered and open terraces, a large walk-through dressing room, and a full bathroom with a skylight. This Suite offers SPECTACULAR VIEWS, total comfort, and absolute privacy!
We can add additional beds into the living room of Suite 103 - if required.

EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST IS AN EXTRA $20 PER EACH NIGHT.

Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos, and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of our private preserve.
Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, and shrimp, and share with friends and family!).
Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkelling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud, and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more that can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.
WiFi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should never be a problem.
If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the palms by our oasis-like 42-foot pool, and enjoy our beautiful tropical gardens. Do it all - or nothing at all!

Cancellations or Refunds:: In the event of cancellation of this contract, a refund will be made as follows:
- With 60 days or more notice, a Full Refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee.
- Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time.
