Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies to each stay.
In addition, a $250 cash pet deposit is required at check-in. The deposit is fully refundable at check-out following a satisfactory inspection of the property, provided there is no pet-related damage, excessive cleaning required, or evidence of pets on furniture or bedding.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, pet owners are responsible for:
* Cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.
* Preventing excessive barking or disturbances.
* Keeping pets off furniture and beds.
* Supervising pets at all times and not leaving them unattended in the house unless securely kenneled.
Any damage, additional cleaning costs, or policy violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the pet deposit.
Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing a pet so we can properly prepare for your stay.
