**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. Good house. We didn't realize the MIL was a walk away from the house- not connected. A/C was broke when we got here (wish we knew before coming) BJ was a gem to work with. He was Johnny on the spot. The A/C was fixed Monday. They guys who came were fantastic. It was inconvenient to move my son and family out and over to the big house till it for fixed. The other issue was the wasps building homes in the railing. The pool was great and lots of shade for the littles in the afternoon. House was clean and yet it's in need of a deep clean- move furniture etc. All in all a great trip!!

This property is amazing; it has all the features for a larger group. A shaded pool area, completely furnished tiki hut to add. The added suite was a nice addition for our group of teenagers for their own space.

BJ & Merissa were AMAZING in their communication with us. We had lots of questions before and after booking, and we always received a timely, helpful response. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early. They also were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay.
This was my family’s first time on Fripp Island. The property was very spacious for our group (9 adults, 2 infants). The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our
stay!
There are some things that would have made our time here much better. Upon arrival, the pool had what looked like a layer of oil over it. The pool cleaners didn’t come until our second to last day. The outdoor trash was also full, which lead to raccoons getting in the trash (which I texted BJ and he was very quick & helpful in solving the issue!) In most of the rooms, there was dust and carcasses of dead bugs that could have easily been swept/vacuumed up prior to our arrival. Most of us kept getting bit up while inside the property. We inspected for bed bugs, we didn’t see anything visible, so we think it was chiggers and/or biting midges. There was also black mold in the upstairs bathroom. As another reviewer said, the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. After we put our groceries in the fridge, it started to leak.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!! We had a great time with all the island and house had to offer. The issues above were small nuisances that we think could be resolved so future guests also have a great time!

Great lot, nice pool and great location. However the house was not clean, and one of the bedrooms had no sheets. The TV’s had only streaming services, without cable or satellite. The problem was that the internet was mostly non-functioning, so we essentially had no TV. Of course we didn’t come here to watch TV or to play on our phones and computers, but they are handy for entertaining kids or if you have to work for a few hours.
