No smoking.. Converted in 2019, this lovely detached cottage is located just 5 miles from the town of Hay-on-Wye, popular for its book festivals. Lovingly furnished to a good standard, it offers a very comfortable base from which to explore the delights of the surrounding area.

The living area offers ample seating, a large Smart TV and a DVD player, perfect for cosying up and watching films on a rainy night. The location is a real haven for walkers with access to Offa’s Dyke, Mortimer’s Trail, the Black Mountains and the stunning Brecon Beacons. Golf, fishing, riding and cycling are all available nearby, while Hereford, Leominster, Brecon and Builth Wells are all within an easy drive and make for fun-filled days out for all the family. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Nice and clean cosy house, well equipped with everything you might need.Run by a lovely couple next door.Altogether was a relaxing pleasant stay.Would highly recommend.
