This beautiful cozy cottage on its' own waterfront lot.
It has water access and ocean frontage.
The cottage is located in Ostrea Lake, Musquodoboit Harbour,
Nova Scotia, Canada. Eastern Shore.
We are 25 kms. from Martinique Beach, longest sandy beach in NS.
5.4 kms. long.
We are a short drive to Clam Harbour (32 kms.) and Lawrencetown Beaches. Surfers hang out at Lawrencetown Beach, 45 kms. away.
It's a well known, world famous surfing domain.
They are all Provincial Parks.
Taylor's Head Beach, another gorgeous Provincial Park is 45 minutes away.
We are 60 minutes from Halifax International Airport. (YHZ).
We are 45 minutes from Dartmouth, NS.
We are 55 minutes from Halifax, NS.
Drive into Dartmouth, park and take the ferry to Halifax.
Stroll the famous Halifax Boardwalk. Visit Halifax Citadel Hill.
Have lunch on the Boardwalk at one of the great restaurants and pubs.
We are a 10 minute drive from amenitities in Musquodoboit Harbour (Foodland, Liquor Store, Hardware, Dollar store, Pharmacy) and coffee shop (Tim Hortons) with restaurants, gas, etc. available.
Porters Lake Shopping Plaza is 30 minutes away,
Atlantic Superstore is there, Lawtons Drugs, Nova Scotia Liquor Commission, etc.

This was an absolutely fantastic holiday rental. Exactly as described and the images didn’t do the cottage or the location justice. We were incredibly happy with our stay and the support and guidance we received from our hosts. Good local shops, cafes and restaurants a short drive away.

Marvin's customer service began before we arrived! The cottage was East Coast charming, bright, fully equipped and ready for groceries only. The view of the ocean bay outside the door each morning was spectacular! We loved seeing the lighthouses and fishing boats. The eagles in the area were beautiful! Halifax, Lunenburg and Peggy's Cove were in close proximity and there were many beautiful beach options in the area. Grocery stores were close by, gas and even Timmies were only minutes away! We cant say enough about this experience!

The hosts are very kind and down to earth people. The cottage is very clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed and is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is in a great location for taking day trips out to places such as Peggys Cove,.Halifax, Martinique Beach etc. Highly recommend!
