We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Travel by car, boat, or plane to Evershore House, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.

Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Our recent stay in Key West was nothing short of exceptional, and much of that is thanks to Hal Cosec and the incredible team at Brightwild. From the moment we arrived, Hal went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless and memorable.He personally picked up our Instacart order and stocked the refrigerator before we even walked through the door—talk about thoughtful service! Throughout the week, Hal helped us book excursions tailored to our interests and shared his local knowledge on where to go and who to trust. His recommendations were spot-on and made our trip feel truly personalized.The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for our group. We felt welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of every step of the way.We’ll definitely be booking with Brightwild again for our next trip to Key West. If you’re looking for a stress-free, well-supported vacation with a personal touch, this is the way to go.

The house is perfect for our family. Access to water, pool and close enough to key west!

We took our adult son and a friends to celebrate graduation. House was spacious enough for us and them to have plenty of space to spread out. We spent most of our time on the balcony off the master. The pool area was perfect and pool temp was warm. Communication was good and all questions were answered in a timely manner. We only stayed 2 nights, but was very enjoyable.
