This spacious apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located between the most central and exclusive avenue of Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue) and Principe Real, the trendiest location for food, beverages and shopping. You are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. It´s a perfect location to enjoy the traditional daily life and the nightlife of the city! Forget taxis... you can walk everywhere!
The 200 square meters apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very charming building from the beginning of the XIX century, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but no elevator. It features 7 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a small balcony and a fantastic view over Lisbon, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and are plenty of sunlight.

Bedroom Preparations:
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed, pull-out beds, sofa-bed, and airbeds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
- You can see which pull-outs have been prepared as they will be slightly open and with the towel and pillow on top. We provide 1 towel per guest
Important Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning provided
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment is currently undergoing renovations, so it may look slightly different from the photos when you see it in person. However, the overall layout and bed arrangements are expected to remain similar.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.
- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.

Truly breathtaking views and an unbeatable location! We loved our stay and were sad to leave. There are a few quirks—like the fact two of the bedrooms cannot be accessed without going through other bedrooms and the fact one of the bathroom doors doesn’t close/lock—but would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

The host was great. The entrance to the Building was under rehab when we arrived, which was fine. There was a lovely worker who insisted on helping with luggage up three flights of stairs. Overall, the apartment is nice, clean and in a great location for food and other options. It is noisy, however, at night. It is interesting because the apartment comes with a warning about being quiet after a certain hour, but this is pretty irrelevant given the street noise, and the constant beat from the nearby nightclub. We put in earplugs and adapted. We had a slight hiccup with booking in that we had booked a bigger apartment on the 3d floor for our entire group. That was still under renovation, so Central HIll located some of us on a smaller second floor and an apartment about 15 minute walk away. It worked out, but our group was not together. Still, Central Hill was very accommodating and easy to work with. The other apartment was a bit tired, and the door handle fell off one of the bedroom doors the first night. Still, the people staying there enjoyed it. The information about parking and everything else around the apartment was very helpful. We had a very good experience and I would recommend this.

There were 9 of us and we had more than enough room. The apt. was very clean and was in a great location. We walked everywhere! Highly recommend
