Relax at this this genuine home-away-from-home freshly renovated in Carlos Terrace (an iconic mid-century neighborhood on the edge of the foothills). Conveniently located within walking distance to historic Ft. Lowell Park, Tucson Med Ctr and the 60 mile riverwalk/biking loop. 15 minutes drive in either direction to the tranquility of Sabino Canyon or the University.

This house was perfect for our 2 night stay with family for our daughter's graduation from the University of Arizona. The house was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, and well maintained.

This was a quick trip for family weekend at UofA. This was a comfortable home with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very good value and perfect for what we needed.
