Embedded in the tranquil scenery of the town of Tías, just a short drive from the sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen, the charming holiday home Villa Jupe impresses guests with its terraces and lush garden. The rustic holiday home with colorful accents consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (suitable for children up to 12 years old) and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 2 single beds as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. In the fenced, outdoor area you will find a lush garden with tall trees and open terrace with a dining table and umbrella. Read a good book under the afternoon sun while you absorb the views of the sparkling ocean in the distance and the surrounding mountain landscape. There is additionally covered barbecue area with a table and colorful paper lanterns, which create a cosy holiday atmosphere. Here you can round off romantic evenings with delicious meals and a regional glass of wine. You will find a supermarket as well as shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Tías, which is 900 m or an 11-minute walk away. Furthermore, the famous beaches of Puerto del Carmen, which count among the most beloved, sandy beaches on the island of Lanzarote, are about 4 km or a 6-minute drive away.

Pros: The apartment itself was lovely. It was of a good size, very clean and full of light with modern furnishings. The bedroom was large with plenty of space. It is worth noting that the bathroom is en-suite. It is situated on the outskirts of Tias in a cul-de-sac with on road parking. It has a small private terrace with partial sea views and It is a 12 minute walk to the shops and small number of bars and restaurants. Juan was a friendly host but he doesn’t speak English and my Spanish is limited so communications weren’t as good as they might have been, leading to a bit of a mix up when we first arrived.
Cons: The outside space was disappointing. A main road runs down the side of the house and is visible from the terrace, and the noise of the traffic could be heard. The outdoor covered space with barbecue did not look as if it had been used in a while or prepared for guests and we were not shown around it when we arrived.

Pros: Juan, ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der spanisch spricht, kümmert sich mit seiner etwas englisch sprechenden Tochter um die Gäste. Er fährt den Weg zum empfehlenswerten Supermarkt vor, gibt Restaurantempfehlungen und kümmert sich umgehend um Anfragen
Cons: Die Straße nach Puerto der Carmen führt hinter dem Haus entlang.
Da die Dusche sich abgesenkt hat, läuft das Wasser nicht gut ab.

Pros: Es una casita situada en un pueblo en el que se puede encontrar todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La limpieza del alojamiento es inmejorable, y la tranquilidad e intimidad de la que se puede disfrutar en él es, sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes. Los anfitriones han estado pendientes en todo momento de nosotros.
Repetiríamos sin duda.
