Welcome to our families newest edition and fourth home in the Naples Park subdivision. This three bedroom, two full bath pool home is the third home in on 107th ave in the 500 block. It is a .6 mile walk or 5 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. This house features a brand new salt water swimming pool and huge hot tub. Massive screened in lanai and extended pool deck for plenty of outdoor lounging. Outdoor shower. Private fenced in yard. The house has been updated with a new tin roof, new hurricane windows and doors, new kitchen cabinets, and new air conditioning system.
The interior boasts an open and spacious living area with several comfortable sofa options, large flat screen TV, Large slider to pool deck, and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, hardwood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances offering both a breakfast bar, a dining table and the pleasure to also enjoy your meals on the outside screened in lanai.
3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a King bed in the master suite with a walk in closet, private slider to pool deck. A Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and two Twins in the 3rd giving you options to help plan your vacation. The home is abundantly appointed with everything you could think of such as new linens, mattresses, toweling and bedding, wireless high speed internet, cable TV, and BBQ grill all included for your enjoyment. Just unpack your bags. The garage also includes 6 free Cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, toys, and coolers to use when going to the Beach.
Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes, Walmart and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive. In addition to many local restaurants and venues such as the Turtle Club, La Playa or the Ritz Carlton on the beach or the famous Beach Box Cafe at Vanderbilt Beach, the Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of the finest shops, elegant Silverspot Cinema and events on the lawn. The nightlife Scene of Mercato is renowned for its abundance and diversity including The Pub, AZN Cuisine, the Wine Loft, Cavo Lounge, Blue Martini and Burn, a Cigar Bar, just to name a few, many of which have live entertainment and dancing. Two years in a row, it gets better every year, find everything easy to get to relaxing right away, Chris has thought about our needs ahead. The pool is one of the best kept and inviting pools, the temp is warmed perfectly. We are seniors and find staying there very convenient. Thank you Chris, we want to come again.

First off it has “hot tub” in the title of the home description, but you have to pay for the hot tub heat. The hot tub heat comes with pool heat owner said would be 103 and 88 but the pool can never get to 88 It is heated by the hot tub so as soon as you heat the pool the hot tub gets cold. Owner was not helpful on this and did not preheat it for our arrival. Missed a whole day of use for hot tub and never used pool. Every fan in the house if broken. Can only have on full blast and can’t just use ceiling lights. The bikes are all old and barely work and there were no screens in windows to open them. Disappointing for what we paid pool heat. Location is close to beach but still a 30 min walk. (About a mile from door to sand)
