Getting Around:
Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.
PARKING RULES:
✧ $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
✧ Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.
✧ $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.

✧ All guests 15+ must submit a clear copy of a valid driver’s license or passport for building registration.
✧ Guests must be 21+ to book. Third-party bookings require prior approval from StayCozy. Non-compliance may result in loss of refund.
✧ For some stays, a building residency application is required within 24 hours of booking and may request employment, former residency, SSN, references, and other personal details.
✧ All adult guests must complete Guesty registration with a valid government-issued ID before arrival. IDs will be verified at check-in; only registered guests may enter.
✧ Photos are representative. Furniture and finishes may vary but will be of similar quality and style.
CANCELLATIONS / WEATHER
No refunds for flight cancellations or weather unless a state of emergency is declared in Miami-Dade County, FL. In that case, you may reschedule your stay.
OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy: 6 adults (15+) + 3 children. No exceptions. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests.
NO SMOKING
No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with doors closed. Indoor smoking results in a minimum $500 fine plus odor-removal/deep-cleaning costs.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4 PM. Check-out: 11 AM. If arriving after 10 PM due to a delayed flight, please notify us in advance.
LUGGAGE
Bellman luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before/after your stay.
MISSING / LOST ITEMS
Missing streaming devices/remotes may incur a $100 charge per item. We are not responsible for belongings left behind.

The apartment is spacious and confortable, excellent view but deep cleaning is needed; there was hair from previous guests everywhere and the Master Bedroom smelled like urine. Since there is central air conditioning, unfortunately not enough comes through to the Master Bedroom. I would not stay again.

Location great. Building amenities awesome. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space. Could use more bath towels, at least one roll of paper towels, and a DEEP CLEAN! Several dishes in the cupboard were visibly dirty: coffee stains in mugs and dirty glasses. Many walls/doors/light switches were dirty, as were the floors. Walking barefoot or in white socks left our feet black. Overall, would consider staying here again because of location and building, but would be aware of what is lacking.

Spacious apartment for a family. Excellent location and perfect views of all of south beach and downtown Miami. Building amenities also great. Excellent communication with property owner.
