A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
If you've been imagining the perfect place to enjoy your upcoming Waikiki getaway, look no further! Expansive Ocean and Park views, private lanai, central air conditioning, covered parking and rooftop pool and saunas check all the boxes and make this newly renovated, high floor condo the perfect choice!
Full of natural light, this home also features an in-unit, full size washer and dryer, 75” and 55” televisions with expanded cable, high speed fiber optic internet along with a work space and printer; the ideal environment for remote working or simply peaceful relaxation.
This brand new, spotlessly clean home is in the center of it all! Just steps away, you'll find Ala Moana Center, the Lagoon at Hilton Hawaiian Village, Derussy Park beach or upscale dining and shopping on famous Kalakaua Ave.
Location, affordability and quality make this the perfect choice for your visit to Waikiki! Inquire about availability now!
** Due to maintenance, the pool and rec deck will be closed until Fall 2024. For this inconvenience we have lowered our regular nightly rate.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund.

We felt at home in this great condo. It is well maintained and decorated, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (parking space, full kitchen, washer/dryer). The view is outstanding and the condo is conveniently located for walking to beaches, parks, shopping, etc. The host Alyssa was very helpful. We had a very memorable time and hoped to come back.

This property is exactly as described and shown. What a blessing ! Super clean, within walking distance of so much. Fun food trucks across the street. This Condo has everything to make yourself right at home, cooking at home or picking up yummy dinners
The only thing was the pool is being renovated
Alyssa, property manager, was super to meet us after our flight in later evening and responsive to needs. We would stay here again
