This spacious 1 bedroom is beautifully decorated and has everything you’ll need to feel right at home. This comfortable condo comes with 1 FREE PARKING SPACE in the attached secure parking garage. There are 2 queen beds and a queen convertible sofa! The building is surrounded by great food and entertainment, as well as all the shopping your heart desires. We are minutes from Wynwood and the Miami Design District.

Lovely, clean, great location. Lots of shops and dining. Only challenge was parking (we paid the fee for it) - getting in and out of the garage was difficult due to security and the building charged me a fee that was nearly immediately returned when the condo owner was informed. Great pool too. I’d absolutely stay again.

Location was amazing! Beautiful area and close to lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Wynwood nightlife too.
Would just like to point out that this was a strict building. Door people were unfriendly and a overly worried about security. The building has a rule (that we were not aware of) that no visitors are allowed after 11 pm. No exceptions. We had 3 friends stop by our place while there was a thunderstorm going on. We just wanted to wait for the rain to pass and dry out our clothes and the front desk man didn’t let them up and was pretty rude about it. They arrived right at 11 pm and again, he said no exceptions, so our friends had to leave in the middle of the storm.
