This 3-bedroom apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located next to the most exclusive avenue in Lisbon – Avenida da Liberdade, in the downtown area. This is the perfect place to stay, since you will be within walking distance from all the main attractions and places to visit in Lisbon downtown such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, the City Castle and its picturesque neighborhood called Alfama.
The 100 square metre apartment features 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room, two full bathrooms, air conditioning (AC), and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. All bedrooms have a window and plenty of natural light.

The room setup is the following:
Room #1: 2 single top beds + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Room #2: 2 single top beds + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Room #3: 1 double top bed + 1 single pull-out bed (Sleeps 2+1)
Living room: 2 double sofa-beds (sleeps 2+2)
Max Nº Beds: 10 Beds (including 2 double sofa-beds)
Max Capacity: 10 people
Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by the pull-out beds, and lastly the sofa-beds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
Important Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning provided, plus a few additional portable heaters and fans
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to provide a Self Check-in option in exceptional circumstances at the company’s discretion.
- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)
- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
Late Check-in Fee:
Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (25€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 200€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.

Great location. Lots of shops near by. The apartment is nice and clean but there was only one air conditioning unit in the main room and the fans provided in the bedrooms were not enough to keep us cool/comfortable during the nights - many of us slept in the living room.

My family with 4 adults and 3 children stayed here for 5 days in November. We liked the convenience of being so close to Avenida da Liberdade and were surprised about how easy it was to walk to many sites in central Lisbon. The apartment was easy to find, and we were met within a few minutes after arrival. We were a group of 7, and although additional beds were available, it would be challenging to accommodate more than 7-8 with only 2 bathrooms. Some beds were comfortable; others were not. Overall, the apartment needs updating and --furniture and linens were old and dated. But the apartment was clean and suited our needs. Limited amenities available.

Convenient location although on a slope. Quite noisy because of the cobblestone road and passing traffic.
