The 57 m² apartment 'Laugen Residenze Moritz' is located in the small mountain village of Hafling (Avelengo), not far from Merano (Meran), and is also called the sun terrace of Merano. The apartment is part of an architectural jewel and offers a great mountain panorama due to its location on a high plateau. It consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby crib is also available upon request. In addition, the apartment offers a private garden with seating furniture, where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or tea. The shared sauna can also be used privately for a small surcharge. A pizzeria with a café is just 1 km from the accommodation (10-minute walk, 2-minute drive). The nearest bakery is a 16-minute drive away (11 km), as is the nearest supermarket. The city center of Merano can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle already in 10 min. The Merano countryside is worth a visit at any time of the year and offers numerous excursion possibilities. In summer the mountains call for extensive hiking tours and in winter the sunny ski area "Merano 2000", only 8 minutes by car from the apartment (8 km), with its over 40 km of prepared slopes.
