190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything needed. Great location and parking a huge bonus.

The place was not as new as advertised. It was a little worn and banged up. Sheets and duvets were polyester. We had several cockroaches which the host called palmetto bugs and an extermintaor needed to come in while we were there. Keurig broke and a replacement was left inside the door in original box and we had to set it up. Massive construction project nearby- wide awake before 7am everyday. Will not stay here again. Host was responsive, but not apologetic.
