If you head down to Rushcutters Bay Park (5 minute walk) - Black Bay Cafe on the corner is fabulous and done great breakfast specials.

Street parking is limited (1 hour free) and/or ticketed but you are walks away from major transport. Kings Cross Station is only 300 metres away - this will get you to almost anywhere you could possibly want to go in Sydney!
