Walk right outside and enjoy tubing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, or fishing. The Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater are only a few miles away, making it incredibly convenient for floating the river or catching a concert. You truly can’t get closer to the action.

Step into the cozy open‑concept kitchen and living area, where large windows frame a beautiful view of the river. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and versatility, the home features:
Two bedrooms — a downstairs queen bedroom and an upstairs loft with two full beds overlooking the river
One full bathroom
A charming front deck draped with outdoor lights, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
Sleeping space for up to 6 guests
Close to Everything
You’ll be just minutes from Canyon Lake, downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, Gruene, and Wimberley. The home is also only 5 miles from popular River Road spots like River Rose Tavern, Lone Star Float House, and Whitewater Amphitheater, Tan Turtle Tavern. Wineries, distilleries, and Hill Country attractions are all within easy reach. Enjoy tubing in summer, fishing in winter, and Wurstfest in November.

The loft stairs are steep and the cieling is very low. Stair disclosure. The place is clean and very well maintained and organized. It also is bursting with amenities that make you feel at home and welcomed with thoughtfulness.

This is our third summer at the tiny home, and we absolutely love it. We spend all day by the river, cooking out, making s'mores, swinging, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors on the property. The location is perfect, as it's very close to town. The house is ideal for our family of four.

My family of 5 had a fantastic time. It is the PERFECT spot on the river for wading around AND we walked over to a spot that was deep enough to launch our paddle boards out. The amenities are clearly well thought out- from face masks and coffee to inflatables and a wagon to tote everything up and down the hill.

The house is nice. As pictured and described. Tiny but perfect for the occasion. It’s a perfect spot on the river. We lived it and plan to book again.
