The property is accessed through its own double wrought iron gates that lead onto a drive that winds down to the front of the property, past the lovely raised pool area.



This spacious, airy apartment is all on one floor. Steps up from the hall lead into a very large living room and dining area with the kitchen leading off it. It has a lovely stone fireplace with wood burning stove and a piano! A fabulous room for entertaining or relaxing. Off the entrance hall are a twin and a double bedroom, each with its own shower/bathroom. A large terrace wraps around the side of the house, past the double bedroom, and continues on around to the living room and kitchen areas.



There are ceiling fans throughout. The house has coin operated air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room/kitchen, for both cold air and heat. The air conditioning units are operated using one and two euro coins.
