Originally built over 100 years ago, this home has been completely updated to offer a bright, airy, and stylish retreat. The open-plan main floor features a comfortable living area with a wall-mounted TV, a spacious dining room, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, creating a seamless flow perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The space is filled with natural light and boasts all-new appliances and central AC for your comfort.
The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and opens directly to the dining room and a cozy den, which provides access to the back patio.
**Sleeping Arrangements:**
* Master Bedroom: A very spacious room with a comfortable King-sized bed.
* Second Bedroom: A small room, located just off the master, with bunk beds.
* Third Bedroom: Features two Twin beds, one of which is a convenient Murphy bed.

We had a wonderful girls weekend in Greenport. The house was perfect for the three of us. Loved the location. We didn’t get to use the back area due to the weather, but it looked so inviting. Next time!

We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until about 2 a.m., which disrupted our sleep. With some attention to furniture care, soundproofing, and basic maintenance, this could be a much more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
