Two high def, flat screen televisions and HD receiver, with Netflix movies.
Second floor Bedroom has a balcony with a view of Galveston Bay.
Main floor, overlooking brick courtyard, has a TV/sitting area.
Kitchen area has a dishwasher, full range, microwave, air-fryer, disposal, and full-sized refrigerator with ice maker.
All dishes and cooking utensils are furnished.
Cot or portable crib available for small child.
Bathroom with shower.
WiFi broadband access to the internet.
Swimming and fishing (from 200′ pier).
Boat mooring (can accommodate 30 – 35′ boat).

Beautiful little cottage right on the water. Calm, peaceful mornings out on the patio was my favorite part. 10/10 will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Houston area!

This cute litte cottage was an absolutely perfect place to stay! Our stay was very comfortable.

The cottage is adorable with great ocean inspired art and decor. The place was very clean and peaceful. It’s situated in a very nice neighborhood that is very quiet with tall trees and friendly neighbors. However a few blocks away, the area gets rough with a run down trailer park a few blocks away and a strip club about a half mile away. The balcony situation was a bit confusing online. Turns out the big balcony is part of the main house and you are able to enjoy it. It was mostly private as the owners did not bother you when you were there. There is a private balcony off the bedroom but it is very small. I had thought when I was looking online that the balcony in the picture was the private balcony but it wasn’t. We did enjoy the main house deck in early mornings where the sunrise is spectacular and in the evening when it was so quiet and peaceful. I wouldn’t advise to walking out on the pier though, and I definitely wouldn’t let children go on it. My husband was brave enough to walk out on it and was scared because of several warped and missing boards. It’s pet friendly so I had brought my little 10lb dog with me but had very little option for potty area, I had to take him on the grass by the road. Wouldn’t recommend bringing a dog. There are wonderful restaurants near by with Noah’s Ark in a long walk distance from the house. I would say that all in all I enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable. It’s a great value for the money. Great for a couple for the weekend
