This newly remodeled luxury home sleeps 16 with 3 King Suites and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The host was great and very responsive, which made everything so easy from start to finish.The home itself is so pretty, clean, and well cared for—it felt comfortable right away. One of the best parts was how close it is to the beach; we could get there in just a few steps, which made everything so convenient.The pool was also a great bonus and a really nice place to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

It was beautiful. The walk to the beach was closer than most of the condos we have stayed in that were actually oceanfront, so that was nice. The kitchen was amazing and this is the first place we have booked that we did not have to buy any utensils, pans, or other dishes. I liked the arrangement of the upstairs bedrooms. Even though they were all on one floor, we still had plenty of privacy. I will mention that there are only 2 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, not 3, but the bathroom was still tucked back by the 3rd floor stairs, so it still seemed private. All the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
