My family of 4 had a great vacation staying at this property. The condo is well stocked with all necessities. There are ample towels, full size toiletries, and lots of kitchen staples: cooking oil, spices, condiments, etc. The community pool and hot tub is very close walking distance and you have a beautiful view of the La Sal mountains from the house and pool. I would highly recommend this property. We will miss Moab!

We loved staying here! It was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I was SO glad to find the beds comfortable! What a difference a good nights sleep makes!

It was fine. Plenty of room. Side street parking for our toys. Nice towels and linens.
But it’s very low grade construction. Windows don’t really close and they whistled all night. A big rainstorm the last night was super loud with a drain out back. Would I stay again? Probably. Just would lower my expectations.
