BERLIOZ SUITE is a charming apartment located in the Musicians district just 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
You will be seduced by the beautiful layout of this apartment, its brightness and its quality furniture.
Its large picture window gives an important opening on the outside.
Facing east, you will take advantage of its balcony to enjoy pleasant breakfasts.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, it has a free WIFI connection (Fiber optic) as well as air conditioning.
Thanks to the smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.
You will be located in the city center. In a few minutes on foot you will reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
The Alsace Lorraine tram stop is just a 2-minute walk away.

The cozy balcony has a coffee table and two chairs.
LIVING ROOM :
The living room includes a Queen size bed, a nice sofa, an armchair, a large Smart TV, a desk area and air conditioning.
There is also a dining area with a dining table that seats two.
KITCHEN:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a small freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a pleasant shower, a towel hanger, a magnifying mirror and a hairdryer.
A storage cupboard is located in the corridor.
WC:
The toilets are independent.

My husband and I had a pleasant experience at this place. Location was great and close to many restaurants, local grocery and the train station. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. If ever in Nice again, I would call on Nester & Jeeves.

The apartment is in a great location and we really appreciated the Nestor&Jeeves services, such as airport transfer and holding our luggage after check-out

We had no hot water for over 12 hours. The washing machine had no detergent and the door jams. A meezly toilet roll to last a week! The floors could do with a good wash as our feet were dirty walking on them. Location is good.
