We enjoyed it all!

The condo was well equipped and the host, Robert, was very responsive. We loved having the pool across the street and the fitness center at the clubhouse for a nominal fee. Chaparral’s location is very convenient and the neighbors were friendly. The only minor downside was traffic noise from Portola Avenue when sitting outside on the patio.

Very comfortable condo, well stocked and has a very nice flow to it. Pool and spa very close with a nice quiet neighborhood. Totally enjoyed our stay!

No written information at home. Never heard from manager after arrival. No departure information. No response to burned out light bulb.
