Welcome to 717 Roscoe — a spacious, comfortable Craftsman-style home with plenty of room for families, groups, business travelers, and guests visiting the Beloit–South Beloit area.

With 4 bedrooms, sleeping space for up to 9 guests, multiple living areas, a private fenced backyard, and convenient off-street parking, this home gives your group room to spread out while still enjoying time together. Eight guests sleep in beds, with the 9th guest accommodated on the sofa.

Need even more space? Our second vacation home, 721 Roscoe, is directly next door and can accommodate up to 12 additional guests. When both homes are available, larger families and groups can reserve the two properties together and stay right next door to one another — ideal for weddings, family reunions, holiday visits, sports weekends, and multi-family trips.

Located just minutes from downtown Beloit, Beloit College, restaurants, shopping, parks, and the riverfront, 717 Roscoe makes a great home base for family visits, weddings, sporting events, work trips, college visits, weekend getaways, and longer stays.

717 Roscoe combines the charm of a traditional Craftsman home with the conveniences travelers expect today. You'll find beautiful woodwork, warm finishes, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The multiple living areas are especially helpful for larger groups. Some guests can watch TV or relax while others play games, read, work, or simply enjoy having a little extra room.

-Cook, Eat & Gather Together

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast, snacks, or a family dinner instead of eating every meal out.

The dining area gives everyone a place to sit together for meals, cards, games, or planning the day's activities. Coffee and everyday kitchen essentials are also provided to help make mornings easier.

-Private Fenced Backyard

The fenced backyard is one of our guests' favorite features.

It's a great place to relax, grill dinner, enjoy your morning coffee, let the kids get some fresh air, or give your dog room to stretch its legs.

Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. We simply ask guests to clean up after their pets and respect the home and yard.

-Great for Families

Traveling with children takes enough planning already, so we've tried to make your stay easier with family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play and children's items.

Between the fenced yard, comfortable living spaces, kitchen, laundry, and separate bedrooms, families can enjoy many of the conveniences of home while traveling.

-Fast Wi-Fi & Workspace

Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, work remotely, check email, or stay connected during your trip.

A dedicated workspace is also available, making the home a good option for business travelers, traveling professionals, extended stays, or anyone who needs to get a little work done while away.

-Convenient Location

The home is located in South Beloit, Illinois, immediately next to Beloit, Wisconsin.

Downtown Beloit is only minutes away and offers restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, entertainment, seasonal events, and the riverfront.

You'll also have convenient access to Beloit College, Roscoe, Rockton, South Beloit, and the greater Rockford area.

-Traveling With a Larger Group?

For larger families or groups who want to stay close together without crowding into one house, 721 Roscoe is located immediately next door.

The neighboring home can accommodate up to 12 guests. When both properties are available, the two homes provide accommodations for up to 21 guests while still giving everyone separate bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and room to relax.

It's a particularly convenient setup for wedding guests, extended families, reunions, multi-family vacations, sporting events, or groups traveling together who want to be close without everyone sharing one house.

Availability for the neighboring property varies, so please contact us if you're interested in reserving both homes.

-Easy Parking & Check-In

Ample off-street parking makes the home especially convenient for groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

Check-in is simple and convenient, and we'll provide everything you need before arrival. If you have questions before or during your stay, we're always happy to help.

-A Few House Rules

We want you to enjoy the home while also respecting our neighbors and future guests.

• No parties or unauthorized events
• Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM
• No smoking or marijuana use inside the home or on the front porch
• Dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee
• Please clean up after pets
• Only registered overnight guests unless approved in advance

Whether you're visiting family, attending a wedding, exploring the area, traveling for work, or simply looking for a comfortable place where everyone can stay together, 717 Roscoe offers the space and convenience of a home instead of several separate hotel rooms.

And if your group outgrows one house, 721 Roscoe next door gives you the rare option of keeping everyone together while still having two complete homes.

We'd be happy to host you during your next visit to the Beloit–South Beloit area.
