Our 50 acre working farm with cows, pigs, goats, and chickens hosts 2 accommodations, a cabin and a farmhouse. You can rent one or both. We are unable to accommodate any animals including ESA service animals. No animals of any kind are allowed. Violations will be termination of stay and $200 fine.
The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any one time. We do charge $20 per guest over 6 guests, no matter how short their visit may be. If you have more than the maximum occupancy, your booking may be terminated and no refund given.
This 50 acre property has 3 houses (2 for guests and 1 for owner).
We rent 2 fishing poles and a tackle box for $25.
We sell a bundle of firewood for $10.
Early check in is $30.
Late check out is $20 per extra hour.
