The Kona Alii is a secure building, keys required to access the elevators and common areas, not to mention has covered parking and ample guest parking also. There is a pool on site with BBQ amenities and a roof top sunset viewing deck for residents and guests.

This condo was amazing!! it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. You could listen to the ocean from inside the condo. It was a fantastic condo. I wish they had luggage racks for suitcases or a dresser. And there was miscommunication from the property manager about having packages shipped to the condo. The condo itself was amazing.

What a wonderful and exceptional place to stay. I live in Keaau and one of my dearest friend was visiting from North Carolina. I wanted for her to experience The west side of the island for a few days during her visit. This condo is perfectly located downtown Kona near lots of restaurants and stores. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and well equipped with anything you may need on your vacation and well maintained. Every detail of our stay was fabulous. I would highly recommend this condo for any occasion when visiting Kona. Will definitely book again in the future.

Location of an old building is really good for going out and about. Vacationers going in and out every day - very busy.Views are very good. Stay there again - not sure. Location is the winner, that is about all. Building really old and not kept up overall. Knutson agent Valerie was extremely helpful at all times !
