The home was clean and cute. The code to check in did not work so we sat outside for 30 min until the host responded— which was a bummer. The shower door was jankety and kept coming off the track and there were nails sticking out of the stairs which poked our feet causing bleeding.Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets.

Beautiful cabin in the mountains on Big Bear. Clean, nice and homey feel. Definitely would book this property again if I need to be in the area.

The cottage itself is lovely and the host is really friendly. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the remote for the sound system was missing, so we could not adjust the volume of the TV, and the default volume was very loud. We had two children on the trip with us, one of which who was not feeling that well. We needed the TV when we were home, so this actually caused us to leave the trip one day early. This issue needs to be resolved for all future guests, but it was a nice stay otherwise.
