Experience true coastal living in this spacious, bright, serene and updated 6 bedroom and 4 full bathroom hidden coastal gem. Located in the forgotten mile in Rehoboth Beach and close to Thompson Island nature trail. The house is 3 floors, fits large groups comfortably, has a screen porch, outside shower, 4 parking spaces, beach cruisers and games. The lower level suite includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, game/dining table, living room with a gas fireplace and patio access.
Centrally located between Rehoboth - downtown, beaches, boardwalk and Funland - and Dewey Beach you'll enjoy everything the area has to offer -beaches, state parks, water parks, walking and biking trails, tax free outlet shopping and plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Create vacation memories relax in the off season and enjoy wide open beaches and gas fireplaces. We provide all you need for your well-earned getaway.
The first floor:
has a large fully equipped kitchen with seating for 5, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, separate dining area with seating for 6 (extra chairs provided), a 2nd fridge, full laundry room, private dedicated workspace, nautical themed queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
The second floor:
has a second workspace, very large master bedroom, roomy enough for a pack n play, with a king bed, reading area, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and oversized soaking tub.
There is a coastal bedroom with 2 twin beds and a colorful bedroom that has a queen bed - both share a full bathroom featuring a vanity with 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.
The lower level:
has 2 coastal themed bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed - 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen with a 3rd fridge, dining/game table, workspace and patio access.
Outside spaces:
Large screened in front porch. Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and relaxing. Back patio with seating, dining table/chairs, grill and party lights.
Location:
Quillen Road is a tucked away residential neighborhood. Thompson Island nature trail is a few blocks away and offers hiking and wonderful Rehoboth Bay sunset views.

There is a traffic light near the house on Route 1 with a pedestrian crosswalk that allows for easy biking to the beach, Poodle Beach and into downtown Rehoboth. Uber and Lyft are also available and very efficient. If you're going to the beach in Rehoboth and plan to park in permitted areas, you may purchase a weekly or daily parking pass through the city of Rehoboth. State Parks require daily parking fees. There are also many local routes to areas which we would be more than happy to share.

This is the best vacation home that we have rented. John and Stacey were very responsive and accommodating to our request. They provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, welcome note, local recommendations. Their house was beautifully decorated. You will like it even more in person. Our family had a great time there. We would love to go back again.

We had such a great stay! The house had everything we needed and made the trip feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We especially loved how peaceful everything was. Being able to enjoy the beach and take relaxing walks along the boardwalk without any hassle made the experience even better. The beach-themed decor was a really nice touch and added to the overall vibe.And I have to mention—the bed was incredibly comfortable! We slept so well the entire time.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

The house was just perfect for our girls get-away. All the rooms were clean and the house was well furnished. The hosts were very helpful in answering any questions we had.
