Upon opening the door we were greeted with a lovely view of the pool and waterway. We were met by the owner, who lives next door, soon after arrival to point some things out for us. He was responsive when needed but also respected our privacy. The area is quiet and stores and restaurants are close by. Overall, very pleased and are definitely considering coming back next year.
