This VRBO was awesome, incredibly well-maintained, and the perfect home base for my trip down memory lane. The entire first floor was beautifully done, and it offered a far better value than most local hotels. What stood out:Comfort & Cleanliness: The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable for a great night's sleep.Great Amenities: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, including a small starter selection of seasoning and oil. There is also a garage available, though I didn't need to use it during my stay.Quiet Location: It’s tucked away in a very peaceful neighborhood. Aside from a neighbor using a weed eater right when I arrived, it was incredibly quiet and relaxing. If I ever return to the East Peoria or Morton area, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place!

I was in town for a conference and this was the perfect little place. It's a great size for 1-2 people. The fridge was immaculate and had an automatic ice maker which was helpful to fill up my cooler during the hot weather. There are a LOT of large windows which makes the whole house very sunny and welcoming. Check-in was a little unusual compared to other VRBOs I've stayed at. The host doesn't provide instructions until the house is cleaned and ready for your arrival. I'm used to receiving instructions several days or weeks in advance so I was a little nervous when I realized I hadn't heard anything but the host was quick to clarify when I contacted him.

A very nicely decorated, clean & spacious cottage, in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants & stores. Perfect place to stay for 2 people comfortably.

The house was clean and very updated. Only had to negatives that made it impossible to sleep. The neighbors lights shown through bedroom windows all night. It was so bright which made it really hard to sleep. So the bedroom definitely needs black out curtains. The bed was comfortable except the bed frame. Anytime I moved it made a very loud squeaking sound. It kept waking up everyone every time I moved. My one year old maybe got two hours of sleep. She was with me in bedroom, so between lights and bed squeaking she couldn’t sleep. So definitely made for a grumpy baby the rest of the day. Otherwise property was really nice. We also ended up leaving something there, and they made it extremely easy for us to get it. If there were black out curtains, and new bed frame I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
