Located in the mountains, this welcoming condo lets you experience it all in Heber City. With the property's convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 2-minute drive to Jordanelle Reservoir or the 6-minute drive to Provo River.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental features a fireplace and air conditioning. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the cable/satellite TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave, cookware, and a toaster. And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and limited housekeeping.

We stayed for 5 weeks in summer, 2024. The house is new and everything (other than some internet issues which were resolved) was in good working order. Pros: 1) Much cheaper than Park City 2) Convenient location (drive not more than 20 minutes to anything in the area) 3) Quiet, friendly neighborhood (other than ongoing construction) 4) Comfortable well-equipped kitchen 5) A/C good 6) View -- sort of good (though obstructed by other houses) 7) Comfortable beds, pillow Cons: 1) Construction in neighborhood -- likely to go on for years as they keep adding more townhomes (but quiet after 5 PM) 2) View is obstructed -- what a shame 3) A/C when on main level makes the lower level too cold (need another zone) 4) Insulation between levels is poor -- anyone on lower level (2 guest rooms) hears everything above Overall, though -- good value -- highly recommended -- and thank you to the owners for the nice wine gift.
