Enjoy the balcony, having front row seats to the many famous town center activities from movie night to live music or a simple beautiful sunset. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
The Bunkhouse is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Bunkhouse the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great stay!! The elevator takes forever and has no AC. We couldn’t get in it it was so hot. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Was fine for us but if you’re older it might be tough if your in and out of your room a lot!

Exceeded our expectations! We are from Houston and usually take the kids to Rosemary Beach, FL for a few days every year. Not sure if we will need to do that anymore with how much fun the kids had at Cinnamon Shores. Condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well kept and maintained. Location, location, location - could not have been better! Condo was right by the restaurants/shops. Pool and beach were a short stroll away! Would recommend to anyone!

Our vacation rental was a cute little 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo, that had a bunk room. It was the perfect space for our little family of 4. My oldest loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. It was a good spot to watch the movies on the lawn and she thought it was so cool.

The elevator was not working for 2 days . We had to walk 3 floors. We are elderly and it was very difficult. I have not heard an apology from company.
