Villa Maria is a spacious and elegant holiday villa with panoramic sea views. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, tranquillity and luxury. The 700 m² fully fenced property features a large swimming pool, an outdoor shower and parking for three cars. The area with the built-in barbecue is currently not available and cannot be used. The spacious covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The villa is located just 1,500 metres from the sea – close enough for easy access, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of hot summer days.
The villa's architecture reflects the typical coastal style, with a traditional yet luxurious interior design. The ground floor features an open-plan living area seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a romantic fireplace, Smart LED TV, and wireless internet, perfect for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the space, featuring modern appliances to ensure a pleasant stay, and a dining table for six. There is also a toilet and a storage room on this level. A special feature of the ground floor is the cozy bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
Upstairs, two additional comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom await you. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer stunning sea views. Complete bed linen and towels are provided to ensure you feel at home. From the upper terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, the bay, and the charming town of Dobrinj, making your vacation experience even more special.
The area surrounding Villa Maria offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. Nearby hiking and cycling trails lead through picturesque vineyards and olive groves, typical of the Krk island landscape. Just 15 km away are the charming towns of Krk, Vrbnik, and Malinska, known for their historic atmosphere and attractions. Restaurants and bars are only 2 km away, offering local culinary delights. We especially recommend tasting the famous Vrbniška žlahtina wine and typical island dishes made from fresh, local ingredients.
