This three-bedroom bungalow has been thoughtfully set up for the Kiwi holidaymaker, with all the amenities you need for a summer getaway! The spacious dining and living areas open out onto sunny decking, which stretches across the front of the property. Waking up at The Sunshine Bungalow with breakfast on the deck is the perfect way to switch into holiday mode.
Enjoy afternoons playing on the large grassy front section, or lounging in the outdoor furniture with a book under the sun umbrella on the patio. Gather the family for a classic Kiwi BBQ dinner on the deck under the sunshade.
Nicknamed Magical Mangawhai Heads by the locals, The Sunshine Bungalow is the perfect holiday home in the perfect seaside town! Enjoy being just a four-minute drive to the main centre, and only eight minutes drive to Mangawhai Heads beach. Pro-tip: pick up some fish & chips in town from Stingray Matt's and head down to watch the sunset over the surf. Perfect summer evening!

Great wee property, luckly we did not bring our little dog with us, as no gate to keep him in property.

The hot water system needs to be replaced as the flow sensor is very worn, this means you have to have the pressure on full to make the unit fire. We left the vanity tap on hot when we showered to stop the shower going cold, not ideal when your on tank water. The bunks are very squeaky and didn’t feel that safe. It was very hot inside, a couple of cheap fans would have been nice. A couple of sharp bits on the deck need some attention and the back area could do with a clean, lots of mosquitoes out there from leaves etc.. couldn’t get the clothes line to stay up, possibly broken.
