Lovely Penthouse apartment on the top floor with a spacious balcony. Based in the heart of Romford town centre. Surrounded by 3 Shopping Centres - The Brewery, The Liberty and The Mercury. Situated in a prime location, you will have quick access to shops for Apparels, Books and Stationaries, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cinema, Fitness centre and Hospital. The list is endless.
A few minutes walk to Romford train station where you can commute to East London (stratford) in 10 minutes and Central London (Liverpool street) in 20 mins. New Elizabeth Line commutes to heathrow airport in under an hour.
2 Bedrooms furnished with award winning OTTY mattresses for a deep sleep, sliding mirrored wardrobes and ample storage for your belongings. Luxury bathroom with steel bathtub and shower facility. Romford is ideal if you prefer free and quiet roads. If you want to stay close to London but don't want to get caught up in the city traffic where you have to spend hours getting from A to B.

My daughter and I (she's 4) stayed at the apartment for 11 weeks due to a flood at our house. As you can imagine I was very nervous/stressed about leaving our home, but I needn't have been. We have had a great time in the apartment.
It felt like home instantly and we have really enjoyed the time that we have lived here. It has everything in it that you need.
It's a great location as the town center is on your doorstop. Despite this the flat is quiet. You also get great views from the balcony- especially on a starry night.
Muhammed has been a wonderful host. I have contacted him on a few occasions and he couldn't be more accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was a very stressful time for me and Muhammed could not have done more to help.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. My daughter and I will really miss being here. She will miss the balcony and pool table and I will miss the induction hob and great washer/dryer :)
