Enjoy the breathtaking views of pristine Crescent Beach and the 2 pools from the balcony and master bedroom of Coquina A208. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, townhouse is beautifully decorated in a beachy theme. The kitchen boasts brand new stainless appliances in the kitchen and an open bar with stools for extra seating. A208 has sleeping arrangements for 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The Patio overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway where you can appreciate the gorgeous sunsets.
The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck.
There are gas grills in the parking lot, tennis courts, shuffle board, pickleball and basketball hoop. We also have a fish cleaning station with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.
Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

You'll have excellent access to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and all of the public beach access points in the area. Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.

Incredible place! We highly recommend it. The beach is wide with soft sand and few people. The view of the ocean and the location are spectacular! The kitchen is extremely well supplied making it very easy to cook. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy access to the intercostal waters, old town St Augustine, and many tourist attractions. We scheduled our 2027 Snowbird trip at this location before we even left.

Beach view was lovely and access convenient. Pool was well maintained. Extremely well appointed kitchen. Internet and Streaming worked well. Will use this company again.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful beach and view. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Definitely will plan on coming back.
