The trulli are located in Ceglie Messapica (BR), the European capital of gastronomy and Mediterranean cuisine, nestled in the Itria Valley, 15 km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and 35 km from the beaches of the Ionian Sea. Perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation, and an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions and walks, it boasts an excellent location for exploring the most beautiful places in our region: Alberobello with its stunning trulli, the Castellana Caves, Fasanolandia, the beautiful Polignano a Mare, and the Itria Valley; Lecce, the capital of Apulian Baroque, is just an hour’s drive away, and the Sassi of Matera are another 30 minutes further.
The property is surrounded by 6,000 square meters of land, ensuring peace and tranquility, even though it’s located just 2.5 km from the town center.
The property consists of 6 “cones/rooms,” each approximately 60 square meters in size. The central cone houses the dining room/living room; a door separates the living area from the master bedroom, located in the second cone; an additional bedroom (with 2 single beds) is located in the third cone, also separated from the living area by a door; there is an alcove with a bed, an alcove with a kitchen area, and the very unique bathroom with a shower and washing machine, built into an ancient and enormous hearth; In an adjacent but unconnected trullo, there is a kitchen and a fireplace, a 200-square-meter sun deck equipped with lounge chairs, private covered parking, a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and an outdoor sink.
