Stay in our new built lakefront house, located on Grand Beach Lake at the end of a private street.

-There is an separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied. This is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the main house including the laundry room and the beach area at all times. The suite is usually only occupied for a few day around Thanksgiving and from Christmas time until the first of the year. Please do not enter that fenced in area.

First & foremost, I love how pet friendly the host of the home is. Thankfully, there were dog bowls provided because I had forgotten our travel collapsible ones. The home is clean & perfectly laid out with a view of the lake in each bedroom as well as the living room. The lake is so peaceful. It is a quiet and peaceful area to be. I was so surprised by how the property gives such an “up north” feel & is tucked away perfectly from all the hustle & bustle atmosphere that Brighton is known for as far as shopping & restaurants galore. It’s the best of both worlds. Getting to downtown Brighton takes about 5-7 minutes depending on traffic. Overall the home is just as it appears in the photos. The lake is quiet & peaceful. Thank you again to my host Daniel, he was very responsive and attentive. My dog (greyhound) loved all the nature views & was able to see a few rabbits which are her all time favorite. We had a very peaceful time, the only disappointment was the weather. I would definitely stay here again. Sincerely,Jule
