This beautifully appointed villa is tucked away in the quiet, serene enclave of Palmetto Dunes, offering the perfect blend of privacy and scenic beauty. Nestled beneath towering pines with sweeping, unobstructed views of the George Fazio Golf Course, this inviting retreat is designed for pure relaxation.

The bright, beach-inspired open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. Vaulted, pitched ceilings enhance the spacious feel, while large windows frame picturesque golf course views. The main living areas on the first floor feature all-new hardwood flooring, adding warmth and elegance throughout.

The living room provides ample comfortable seating with a plush beige sofa, matching loveseat, and recliner — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or on the course. Just off the living area, a glass-top dining table with seating for six offers an ideal space for gathering. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient.

Step outside onto the private deck, where a dining table and chairs invite you to enjoy morning coffee, al fresco meals, or evening sunsets overlooking the fairway.

The first-floor primary suite features newly installed carpet (2026) and convenient access to the beautifully renovated bathroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower and dual access from both the bedroom and hallway.

Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable retreats. One bedroom offers a queen bed, while the loft-style bedroom includes two double beds. Both rooms feature newly installed carpet (2026) and share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom enjoys its own private entrance to the bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy.

This thoughtfully updated villa combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable golf course setting — the perfect coastal getaway for relaxation and making lasting memories.

The Turnberry Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and only is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site saltwater swimming pool open April through October and a community picnic area. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
