A proposito di questa cottage struttura in affitto
Pond Cottage is one of 6 cottages within a large converted 1700s stable building set among beautiful scenery with ample farmland & woodland walks. Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, Air hockey. table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds.
Located across the farm (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) at the north end is our outdoor heated swimming pool & Grass tennis court (open from May to the end of September). We operate a booking system for those that would like a private swim and there is also a free swim session where all guests can use the pool at the same time. On the opposite side of the farm there is our hard tennis court which is open all year round.
If you need more space for your family and friends, Swallows cottage can be booked alongside this cottage as they interconnect via the lounge doors.

Pond cottage is lovely and the grounds it sits on are too. It's a beautiful location.
The games room and outdoor play ground kept our children happy.
Jack was very accommodating to our need to change dates of our stay. The owners and staff were very friendly.
We will definitely be visted again and would recommend Spinxworth Hall Cottages to everyone.

All of our family stayed in the Spixworth Cottages for our wedding which we have in the barns. My family who stayed in the pond said it was very tidy, clean and a cosy little cottage. Very appropriate for our needs.
